Insurance I do not participate in any HMO or managed care panels. I am a Medicare provider. If you have health insurance with out-of-network mental healthcoverage, my services are covered in part or in full. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- What are my mental health benefits?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?
- Is there a yearly deductible for an out-of-network provider?
- Have I met the deductible?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
- Is prior authorization required for an out-of-network provider?
Payment Cash, check and all major credit cards via PayPal accepted for payment. Payment is expected at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made. I will provide you with a bill at the end of each month so that you may submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $100. for a broken appointment. Exceptions include illness or emergencies.
